{"id":534,"date":"2021-09-13T18:03:22","date_gmt":"2021-09-13T18:03:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/magdalenagrande.com\/blog\/?p=534"},"modified":"2021-09-13T18:03:28","modified_gmt":"2021-09-13T18:03:28","slug":"regulacion-emocional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/magdalenagrande.com\/blog\/regulacion-emocional\/","title":{"rendered":"Regulaci\u00f3n emocional"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Esta ser\u00eda la \u00faltima de las competencias emocionales de la clasificaci\u00f3n que venimos trabajando estas semanas, la regulaci\u00f3n emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que hemos sido conscientes de la emoci\u00f3n que percibimos, comprendido, etiquetado y expresado, habr\u00eda que ver c\u00f3mo la podemos regular de manera adecuada. Igual que la expresi\u00f3n, la regulaci\u00f3n es una de las competencias m\u00e1s complejas o que m\u00e1s nos cuesta. Aprendemos a expresar y regular mal, entre otras cosas porque nadie nos ense\u00f1a c\u00f3mo se hace de forma correcta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfTodav\u00eda creemos que podemos controlar nuestras emociones? Ya no pretendemos someterlas a nuestro control porque eso har\u00eda que las bloque\u00e1semos y no ser\u00eda adaptativo. Sin embargo, conocer la forma de regularlas har\u00e1 que pasen, igual que llegaron, sin dejar una huella muy profunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo regulamos la tristeza o la rabia? Igual que queremos controlar, tendemos a anestesiar lo que sentimos cuando esto no nos gusta, para evitar sentirnos mal. Aprendemos que lo que nos hace sentir mal hay que evitarlo, cuanto antes mejor.
